Lead and manage cyber security and information security programs and projects end to end.
Drive and oversee large-scale, complex systems with a broad understanding of system architecture.
Design and implement cyber security architecture for large systems, including tailored protection capabilities aligned with operational and business needs.
Identify cyber risks, analyze gaps, and lead mitigation and system-hardening initiatives.
Work closely with technology, infrastructure, development, operations, information security teams, and external vendors.
Manage and enforce information security requirements with outsourcing and BPO partners.
Define, measure, and monitor cyber security KPIs and program objectives.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, complex systems.
Strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to design security solutions for large systems.
Proven experience in defining cyber security architecture for large-scale systems.
Experience managing cyber security or information security programs and projects.
Strong technical understanding of IT, infrastructure, and information security domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and maintain a broad, system-level perspective.
Previous experience working in a defense organization, government body, or classified environment.
Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
