Knowledge Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to lead the development and implementation of organizational knowledge management strategies. The role involves planning and integrating advanced knowledge-sharing mechanisms, optimizing information workflows, and ensuring effective data utilization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management of organizational knowledge and information.
Design and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks and information management mechanisms.
Develop structured templates for knowledge products to support key organizational processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in knowledge and information management, including defining and implementing knowledge management strategies.
Proficiency in knowledge management methodologies and technologies (e.g., SharePoint, BI systems, document management platforms).
Experience working with enterprise information systems and integrating both internal and external data sources.
Familiarity with Big Data, data analysis, and deriving insights – an advantage.
Strong understanding of organizational information flow and expertise in information architecture design.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in one of the following fields:
